Lead yourself. Inspire others. Make the world better.
If you want to inspire others, it starts with leading yourself well.
But how does one do this? That's why I started Intentional Leader.
I want to help leaders grow in self-leadership and emotional intelligence because when the leader improves, lives improve.
If you join my email list, you'll receive my weekly Intentional Letter, where I share 1 idea, 1 question, 1 quote, and 1 resource to help you live and lead in a more intentional way.
You'll also receive updates on my top leadership podcast, Intentional Leader with Cal Walters, where I interview inspiring people from all sectors of life. (Check it out on YouTube, Apple, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts).
In my official capacity, I'm a major in the US Army and serve as the Vice Chair of the Leadership Department at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, VA.
I'm a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Campbell Law School, US Army Ranger School, and the US Army Airborne School. Prior to attending law school, I served as an infantry officer in the US Army where I led a rifle platoon, served as the second in command of an infantry company, deployed to Iraq, and served as an aide-de-camp for an Army general.
I'm excited to get to learn and grow together. Life is short, let's make it count!

"I look forward to your newsletter each week."
Each week I send a simple note of encouragement to leaders around the world to help them live and lead in a more intentional way. It's called the Intentional Letter and each week I hear from readers how much they enjoy it.
So what's in it?
It's simple and easy to digest.
Each week I will share 1 idea, 1 question, 1 quote, and 1 resource to help you grow and live a more intentional life.
I will never spam or share your information.
I hope you'll join me on the journey to live and lead in a more intentional way!
